MaxTrax comes from Code Services Digital Solutions — a team that has run production weld tracking for major energy projects since 1995. Not a pivot into the industry; a product of it.
The current MaxTrax platform — now in its seventh major generation — tracks welds, inspections, and certifications on live programs around the world, across five continents. Hundreds of thousands of production welds have moved through it, under real deadlines, real audits, and real clients. The mission hasn’t changed since 1995: complete accountability for every weld — who welded it, who inspected it, what the code required, and proof it was met.
Three decades taught us exactly where quality platforms crack: reporting at project scale, field entry in dead zones, imports that bite back, and turnover as a paper chase. The next generation of MaxTrax is a ground-up rebuild on Microsoft Azure designed against those scars — field-first, offline-first, and audit-grade from the data model up.

Weld records get read aloud in audits. We think the process that designs the platform should survive the same scrutiny.
Every screen of the new platform exists first as a working, clickable concept — reviewed, challenged, and re-reviewed before a line of production code ships. Every design decision is written down, numbered, and annotated where it lives. Automated quality sweeps run across themes and screen sizes on every round, and independent adversarial reviews are folded in before anything merges.
