Roadmap

Direction, not vague promises.

This is where MaxTrax is headed and roughly when — themes we’re committed to, stated plainly. Sequencing within each era flexes with what early-access partners need most.

  1. Today

In production, and rebuilding in the open

    • The current MaxTrax platform serves live programs every day — welding, inspection & NDE, test packages, qualifications, and reporting on major energy projects.
    • The next generation is a ground-up rebuild on Microsoft Azure: a modern web platform with an offline-first field app, designed across 75 documented design reviews with the people who run weld QC.
    • Full cutover rehearsals on real production data — with checksum-verified reconciliation — are already complete.
  2. 2026

    Early access

    • Early access opens to a first group of programs — working sessions through the full concept, field pilots with real crews, and a genuine say in the build order.
    • The field experience lands: offline capture with honest sync, glove-ready entry, QR scan-to-record, and the desk-side weld log.
    • Migration with proof: parity counts, findings, and a signed reconciliation report for every program that moves.
  3. Next

    The computed-outputs era

    • Turnover databooks compiled from the record, with live gap analysis and ordered sign-off ceremonies.
    • Welder continuity computed from the weld log — maintaining-weld evidence, lapse forecasts, attested qualification statements.
    • Scheduled, branded report delivery with an observable lifecycle — the executive pack nobody has to assemble.
    • Deeper analytics threaded into the work: lifecycle funnels, exception spotlights, and diameter-inches earned — never a dashboard farm to maintain.
  4. 2027

    The enterprise attestation year

    • SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 attestation paths.
    • Recurring independent penetration testing.
    • SCIM provisioning and an OAuth2 API platform for third-party integration.
    • Customer-facing audit and bulk-export APIs — data freedom, formalized.

Items here are direction, not dated contractual commitments — except the 2027 attestation paths, which we treat as public commitments precisely because security teams plan around them.

Shape what ships first.

Early-access partners don’t just see the roadmap — they bend it. Bring the workflow that hurts most and watch it move up.
