   • A new face on the same record: drawings, welds, Ready to inspect, test packages, welders and reports, with the classic view one click away.
   • Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or another OpenID Connect provider.
   • An audit trail of every record and setting, with the old and new values.
   • Help on every screen, and the public MaxTrax Help.
   • A project dashboard for QC managers and executives: reject-rate control chart, welder watch list, NDE turnaround by contractor, a Pareto of top defects and a test package closeout funnel.
   • Repair chain: how deep repairs go, rejects still open and how long they stay open, with the repair rate counted three ways. Close reject records how each reject ended: repaired, cut out, accepted as is or NDE call reversed.
   • Shared welds: when more than one welder made a weld, each is shown with solo and shared results, and a reject is charged to each welder named on it.
   • Excel, both ways: export a project workbook, edit it, check exactly what would change, then import. A file with problems is not imported, and deleting a row removes nothing.
   • The Monday brief: a weekly email of last week for each project. Off until your administrator turns it on.
   • Structural steel reports: lineal inches by week, month or weld type, and structural columns across the weld and NDE reports.
   • Custom fields on projects, test packages and reference data, not only on welds.
   • In preview: Portfolio, Where we are and Breakdown, which read the weld record across a whole project, or all of them.
   • In preview, on sites that turn it on: NDE results recorded on a tablet with no signal.
2. Planned

   Next, in the order you tell us

   • Ask Max: questions answered from your own project data, with the source of each answer. Read-only, and on only if your company turns it on.
   • From spec to setup: inspection rules drafted from your client's specification, for your QC manager to approve.
   • The field app: big glove-friendly buttons and QR tag scanning in the new screens. Taking inspections offline is in preview today.
   • NDE requests across drawings: one request, split by contractor for you. Today you send a request for one drawing at a time.
   • Turnover databooks: built from the weld and NDE record, with each gap and who owns it.
   • Turnover gap list: what is still missing from each turnover package and who owns it, before you build the databook. A first slice, a closeout gap list for each test package, is in review.
   • Early 2027: welder and procedure qualification records. PQRs, WPS revisions and WPQs tied to every weld, as they stood on the weld date.
   • Repair type on the repair weld: record repair or cut-out on the weld itself, and count cut-outs on the Repair chain card.
   • Early 2027: a public API, so your other systems can read and write MaxTrax data.
   • For IT: users from your directory (SCIM).
   • Certifications for MaxTrax hosted by CSDS: ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. MaxTrax is a service when we host it for you, so we plan to work toward both. We expect to start that process in 2027. Nothing is certified today.

Planned means planned: none of it is available yet. Early 2027 is our aim, not a promise, and a certification is never claimed until it is issued.
