This notice covers the public website at maxtrax.io, operated by Code Services Digital Solutions. It does not cover the MaxTrax product itself — customer deployments are governed by their own agreements.

What we collect, and why

Forms you submit

When you request early access or contact us, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, role, and anything you write about your program. We use it to respond to you and to run the early-access program — nothing else. Submissions are stored in our own private repository (or a customer relationship system, or arrive by email, depending on how you reach us). We keep a coarse country signal but do not store your IP address. Want your details corrected or deleted? Email[email protected].

Analytics

We use privacy-first, cookieless traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it runsonly after you accept it via the consent banner, with IP anonymization on — declining it disables it, and we never use advertising features.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information. Ever.
We don’t run advertising trackers or social pixels.
We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for — a waitlist request gets you waitlist updates, period.

Retention & your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as we’re in an active conversation with you or you remain on the waitlist. Want your information corrected or deleted? Email[email protected] and we’ll take care of it — a human reads that inbox.

Third parties

This site is served via Cloudflare. Form submissions may be processed by HubSpot. Each processes data under its own privacy terms as our service provider.
